- Emergency Removal: $225. Although the cost of your permanent makeup is one set fee, the cost is broken up into three. Your deposit to book, your first appointment and your follow-up. This simply means your follow-up is to be paid 6-8 weeks after your initial appointment- not at the same time as your first appointment. See price split up example below.
